CrossFit Classes



Our CrossFit classes are a great mixture of Strength, Cardio and gymnastic based training and are great for all different goals and fitness levels.


Our CrossFit program is designed to make you an all round better version of yourself. Classes go for 60 mins and always have an experienced coach there to guide you through every step of the way.


Whether your a beginner or experienced CrossFit Athlete our classes cater to all of your needs.

If you want that one on one attention, we are here to help. We have trainers that specialise in many different areas from Weight loss, Olympic Weightlifting, getting stronger or even getting back that pre baby body.
